Our Team

We’re very proud of our Team and the excellent standards we’ve established and upheld for the past 50 years.

We couldn’t do it without our loyal team, who are a trusted, close network of hard-working, highly-skilled and dynamic people.

Having trained many of our employees from apprentice-level, and enabled them to become qualified engineers, we empower our staff to maintain their continued personal development.

This is achieved with regular ongoing training, alongside working to leading industry accreditation programmes, such as NSI and BAFE, which are part of our team’s monthly schedule.

We sustain this high-quality approach to employing staff, with the recruitment of only the best new talent, with enhanced DBS checks carried out within the past ten years, to ensure our Clients’ confidence and security.

Our Culture

It is very rare that employees move on from Centurion. With a great working culture, and a reputation we are all proud of, our staff turnover is extremely low. More than half of our employees have been part of the Centurion team for over a decade, with the longest-serving member of staff having been with us for 30 years.

Engineers, who joined as apprentices, fresh out of school, are now years later part of our senior commissioning staff, most of our sales and service team have been with us since the start of their careers.

Everyone involved in the design and estimating has an engineering background, so that we can design and install cost-effective solutions, which will always work for our customers and exceed their expectations.

Our Service

Our office-based customer service team are a force to be reckoned with. Our clients are at the beating heart of our business, and we treat them that way. They appoint us for our in-house expertise and stay with us for the continuity of our great after-sales service.

The future is bright. We will sustain our growth path and the development of our staff as we continue to build our reputation as the best Security and Fire Alarm specialists in the North of England.
