Insurance companies may specify the Grade of intruder system required to obtain adequate cover. We work closely with insurers to ensure that our systems meet or exceed their requirements.

REMOTE RESET
Police force policy in the U.K demands that after an activation that summons the Police to attend that the alarm system must be reset by the maintaining alarm company before it can be used again. All of our Police signalling systems have Technistore Remote Reset software installed. This allows us to reset your alarm system remotely by a simple exchange of numbers, provided the cause of the activation is know.

REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS
We perform daily false alarm management from our ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) reports. Every activation is thoroughly investigated via our remote diagnostic service desk. If it is a false alarm due to equipment an engineer is automatically dispatched to rectify the fault with the correct equipment to ensure your alarm is always 100% operational.

We have wide-ranging experience in the design and install of intruder systems, our very latest systems are capable of being controlled and viewed securely from the cloud.
