We collaborate with Electrical engineering partner Consultants from the very first phase of a project, assisting in the design and specification of complex Fire projects. We can also provide Client budget costs, before going out to tender.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
We are a service-oriented company, we believe Customers should only have to call us once to resolve an issue. Plus prompt response to all service request calls via our remote diagnostic service desk is just one reason we have been so successful in this respect, in addition, all service calls are logged, time and date stamped then tracked and monitored for how long it takes us to resolve a fault. So we can continuously monitor our service delivery.
