Centurion joins Ranger Fire & Security in acquisition

We’re proud to announce that Centurion Fire & Security has officially joined the Ranger Fire & Security Group. This marks an exciting new chapter in our 50-year history.

Founded by David Armstrong, Centurion has built a strong reputation across Yorkshire, delivering high-quality fire and security solutions for commercial clients. These include advanced fire alarm systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control. All are backed by reliable maintenance and support.

Becoming part of the Ranger Group strengthens our ability to serve customers. It brings enhanced technical capability, more resources, and support from a growing national network. We will still deliver the same trusted service and local expertise our clients rely on.

David Armstrong will move into an advisory role as we go forward. This will ensure continuity and support Centurion’s long-term growth.

This partnership represents a significant milestone for our team, our customers and the future of Centurion.
