Can CCTV, alarms and access control work together?
Compatible systems can work together. Cameras can help check what triggered an alarm, and access control can be linked to alarm setting and unsetting. We check which connections your equipment supports before recommending them.
Can you look after systems another company installed?
In many cases, yes. We first survey the equipment to check its condition and compatibility, then explain what can be maintained and whether any changes are needed.
Can our security systems be monitored at night?
Alarm and CCTV monitoring can cover your site outside working hours. Signals go to an alarm receiving centre, which follows the agreed response plan. The monitoring service page explains the options.
Do we need every security system?
No. The starting point is the risk to your site, how people use it and any requirements from your insurer. That determines which systems are useful and how they should work together.
