Our Culture

It is very rare that employees move on from Centurion. With a great working culture, and a reputation we are all proud of, our staff turnover is extremely low. More than half of our employees have been part of the Centurion team for over a decade, with the longest-serving member of staff having been with us for 30 years. Engineers, who joined as apprentices, fresh out of school, are now years later part of our senior commissioning staff, most of our sales and service team have been with us since the start of their careers. Everyone involved in the design and estimating has an engineering background, so that we can design and install cost-effective solutions, which will always work for our customers and exceed their expectations.
