Over 30% of our Engineering workforce started as apprentices with us. This year we have recruited two 16 year old apprentices and one 19 year old apprentice.

All our apprentices could have gone on to further education and even University, but they were determined to learn a trade and obtain Engineering qualifications. We believe they are our future workforce and do everything we can to help them achieve their goals.
